Squats for Soldiers

Squats for Soldiers is an annual event where we come together to raise funds and awareness for military veterans. Participants complete as many squats as they can in one hour, and all donations go directly to veteran support organizations.

Community Fitness Day

Our Community Fitness Day invites members and non-members alike to enjoy a day of free fitness classes, nutrition workshops, and wellness talks. It’s a great opportunity to meet like-minded people and experience our gym's supportive environment.
