Absolutely! Our coaches provide modifications for every exercise, so you can work at your fitness level. We welcome all abilities and will help you progress safely.
Just bring water, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes. We provide all equipment including weights, resistance bands, and mats.
Most members burn 400-600 calories per 45-minute session, depending on body weight and effort level. You'll also continue burning calories after class through EPOC.
Please inform your coach about any injuries or concerns before class. We'll provide appropriate modifications to keep you safe while still getting a great workout.
For best results, we recommend 3-4 classes per week with at least one rest day between sessions. This allows for proper recovery and adaptation.
Yes! You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before class time through our app or by calling the gym. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
