Is Bootcamp PT suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Our coaches provide modifications for every exercise, so you can work at your fitness level. We welcome all abilities and will help you progress safely through each workout.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just bring water, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes. We provide all equipment including weights, resistance bands, kettlebells, and exercise mats.

How many calories will I burn?

Most members burn 500-700 calories per 60-minute session, depending on body weight and effort level. You'll also continue burning calories after class through excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).

What if I have injuries or limitations?

Please inform your coach about any injuries or concerns before class. We'll provide appropriate modifications to keep you safe while still delivering an effective workout.

How often should I attend Bootcamp PT?

It's entirely up to your fitness goals! Come in and discuss with our experts what schedule works best for you. We'll create a personalized plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve your specific objectives.

Can I cancel or reschedule classes?

Yes! You can cancel or reschedule up to 2 hours before class time by calling the gym. Late cancellations may result in a fee to reserve your spot for other members.
