Fitting training around an SLU workday
Before work. Gold and Platinum include 24/7 access, so you can train before standup without waiting for the doors to open. Shower in a private stall and walk to the office.
At lunch. A focused 45-minute session is enough for a solid upper or lower day if you plan it ahead. Your Gold membership includes a custom workout plan built for exactly this.
After work. Coaches are on the floor during staffed hours (until 8 PM on weekdays) if you want help with form or programming.
Weekends. Staffed 10 AM–5 PM. With Gold or Platinum you can also train at our Everett, Renton and Marysville gyms if you live up north or on the Eastside.
